Where are you based?

We’re happily based in South West Sydney, Australia. The Green and Gold of our beautiful country.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the FanBase Merch?

Currently, we provide Free Shipping.

If there are any custom duty or any other taxes, you are responsible to pay it.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Paypal. Bank Transfers are available to Australian customers only. Send us an email if you want to pay with Bank Transfer

How long will delivery take?

We’ve made shipping affordable with our excellent working relationship with our courier partners!

FanBased Merch are partners with global Suppliers in order to provide you the best prices. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS/EMS/AUSTPOST/ROYALMAIL.

Because we work with different suppliers from all over the world, usually the your products will arrive within 2-4 weeks. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂

We offer international shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We do not send your data to third party. We have a secured SSL site and payment are with Paypal and Stripe.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a confirmation email of your order. It may take 2-5 days for your order to be processed after receiving your payment.

My Card is declined :'( Why is this so?

If your card is declined, the likely reason is that you have to activate your card for overseas transaction as FanBased Merch is a registered business in city of Sydney.

To have your purchase approved, just make a 1 min call to your local bank to have them allow overseas transactions and your order is all set to be made and ship to you! (:
